It is required by the CSPIA law for garments intended for youth 3 and under to be printed with Non-Phthalate inks. As a company, we feel it is important for all youth shirts to be printed with the safest inks. So Trademarks will print youth shirts with Non-Phthalate inks with NO EXTRA RUNNING NON-PHTHALATE INK CHARGE. Compliant CSPIA tracking information is still required on garments for children 12 and under and does have a set up charge. CPSIA = Consumer Protection Safety Information Act that is enforced by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
